Your ticket
- A ticket is a licence for one entry by one person to the named event.
The QR code admits whoever presents it first, once — keep it private.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars. The total you pay — ticket price, service fee, and HST,
itemized — is shown before you confirm payment, and the total appears on your ticket email.
- Free guest-list tickets are complimentary (equivalent price $0.00), have no cash value,
and follow these same terms.
Refunds
- All sales are final — tickets are not refundable or exchangeable if your plans change.
- If we cancel an event and it is not rescheduled, you get a full refund
of everything you paid, including fees, to your original payment method. No need to ask twice —
email belfortbottleservice@gmail.com if it
hasn’t appeared within 10 business days of the cancellation.
Entry
- All events are 19+. Current government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth is required
— a student card alone is not proof of age. Some events also require a valid student ID, as
stated on the event page.
- Entry is subject to capacity and our door policies. We may refuse entry or remove anyone for
intoxication, unsafe or disrespectful behaviour, or failing ID checks — in that case the
ticket is not refunded.
- Last entry 1:45 AM unless the event page says otherwise; the club closes at 2:00 AM.
Buying and selling tickets
Tickets are sold online in tiered price releases — earlier tiers cost less, and each event
page shows the total ticket capacity. Ontario’s Ticket Sales Act applies to resale of tickets
to Ontario events; we are not responsible for tickets bought from anyone other than thebelfort.net.
